Damascus Road Care Centre

At its core, DRCC is focused on a holistic approach to an intern that enters this center. Our business model is strongly based on the Kibbutz approach underpinned by Christian principals.
Simply, a Kibbutz is a gathering of individuals who are focused on the good of the collective.

DRCC’s intern program is a long-term in-patient program, focused on the development of skill sets that will enable reintegration into the family, society and work force.

Revenue has always been the factor that positively or negatively influences the success or failure of a program and DRCC will not be immune to this factor. The largest percentage of our
traditional financial resource will be located in two areas namely:
1. Intern’s own financial responsibility and
2. Donor funding.
